Linda discovered CrossFit back in 2009 while trying to find a fitness/strength after years of long distance running and swimming. From the beginning, she fell in love with the variety of WODs and the numerous skills to master. In 2011 she earned her CrossFit Level 1 certificate and has been coaching part time since then in addition to her full time desk job. She truly believes that CrossFit is for everyone, no matter their fitness level.
