COACH

Jay loves working with high school and middle school athletes helping them to achieve their fitness and athletic goals – whether it’s making the varsity team, playing at the college level, or improving personal fitness by getting stronger and moving better. He has coached the Varsity program since it began in 2011. He is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, and has completed certificates in CrossFit Football and CrossFit Mobility. Jay has coached high school lacrosse and soccer.
